FleXtents® PRO pop-up gazebos for markets, exhibitions and professional events

FleXtents® PRO pop-up gazebos combine a robust aluminium frame with quick setup and convenient transport. Designed for frequent professional use, they provide covered space for market stalls, exhibition stands, sporting events, promotions and hospitality areas.

Choose PRO when you regularly move between venues and want a strong frame with less weight than a comparable steel construction. With different sizes, colours and sidewall configurations, you can create an inviting sales stand, a recognisable team base or a sheltered space for guests.

An aluminium frame for frequent use

The PRO frame has robust profiles and large footplates with points for anchoring. Its aluminium construction makes repeated transport and handling easier, particularly when your equipment travels with you from event to event.

Three height settings let you adjust the clearance to your stand and location. Check the dimensions at each setting if you will use the gazebo indoors or beneath another structure.

PRO suits businesses, exhibitors, clubs and organisers with a busy event schedule. For occasional use, Basic may be sufficient. PRO STEEL offers a robust steel alternative for regular use, while Xtreme is worth comparing for intensive professional applications.

Quick setup and practical transport

The folding frame keeps the legs and roof bars connected, so you do not need to assemble them individually each time. Open the frame gradually, fit the roof cover according to the instructions, adjust the legs and anchor the gazebo before use.

Smaller models can usually be set up in a few minutes by at least two people familiar with the system. Larger models require more people and space. Follow the assembly instructions for your chosen model.

The frame folds down for transport and storage. Check its folded dimensions and whether a carry bag is included or available separately. A compatible wheeled bag can ease the journey between your vehicle and stand.

Durable covers and flexible sidewall options

FleXtents® PRO roof covers are made from 300 g/m² polyester with PVC backing. The material is waterproof, UV-resistant, stain-resistant and washable, making it practical for repeated event use. Follow the care instructions when cleaning.

Use the gazebo as an open canopy or add sidewalls for more shelter, privacy and display space. Depending on the model, options include solid walls, windows, zipped entrances, panoramic walls and half walls for sales counters. Check the product description for the wall combination and parts included.

A waterproof cover does not mean the complete gazebo can safely remain standing in heavy rain or severe weather.

Choose the size around your working space

A market stand needs room for products, staff and customer access. A catering setup also requires space for equipment and movement behind the counter. For hospitality, allow for tables, chairs and clear routes through the covered area.

Check the pitch dimensions, including space to unfold and anchor the gazebo. Position entrances and sidewalls around how people will browse, work and move.

For a larger covered area, compatible gazebos can be placed side by side. Suitable connector brackets join the frames, while rain gutters help channel water away from the gap. Each gazebo still needs its own anchoring. For one large, uninterrupted event space, a traditional marquee may be more suitable.

Make your stand recognisable

Selected PRO roof covers, valances and sidewalls can be printed with a logo, brand colours, photographs or a complete graphic design. A printed gazebo helps customers recognise your business and gives clubs and organisations a visible meeting point.

Compatible accessories include sidewalls, ground bars, half-wall supports, connectors, rain gutters and transport bags. Choose parts for the exact size and frame series; components are not automatically interchangeable across the FleXtents® range.

Anchor every leg and monitor the weather

Anchor every leg, even when conditions seem calm. Use appropriate pegs and storm straps on suitable soft ground. On paving, asphalt or concrete, use weights or another solution suited to the gazebo and surface. A Safety Pack may contain some of the equipment needed.

The frame’s weight alone is not sufficient to secure the gazebo. Sidewalls increase the surface exposed to wind, making correct anchoring especially important.

Check the forecast and monitor conditions during use. Take the gazebo down before strong winds, heavy rain or other severe weather arrives. Anchoring does not make a temporary shelter safe in all conditions.

Before packing, let the covers dry completely and inspect the frame and fittings for damage. Need help choosing your setup? Dancover’s experts can help you select a PRO gazebo and compatible accessories for the way you work.
