FleXtents PRO STEEL

FleXtents® PRO Steel pop-up gazebos for regular events

FleXtents® PRO Steel is a folding pop-up gazebo for people who need a robust shelter for recurring events. Its steel frame and practical folding design make it suitable for markets, exhibitions, sports events, club activities, promotional events and private gatherings.

Choose PRO Steel when you want a strong frame for regular use while keeping the flexibility to transport and set up the gazebo at different locations. Sizes, colours and configurations vary by model.

A robust frame with a practical folding design

The PRO Steel frame is made from powder-coated steel with heavy-duty hexagonal profiles. Footplates provide anchoring points, and the adjustable frame height lets you adapt the gazebo to the location and intended use.

The frame folds as one unit, so there are no separate roof poles to assemble each time. This makes setup and packing away more straightforward for users who take their gazebo to recurring events.

A waterproof roof and flexible sidewall options

The roof cover on the PRO Steel models checked is made from 300 g/m² polyester with a PVC backing. Dancover’s product specifications describe it as waterproof and UV-resistant. Check the details for your chosen model to confirm its exact materials and features.

Depending on the configuration, the gazebo may be supplied with sidewalls or used with compatible walls. Options can include solid walls, window walls, walls with a zipped entrance and panoramic walls. Sidewalls can provide extra shelter, privacy or display space. The number and type of walls vary by model.

Where PRO Steel works well

FleXtents® PRO Steel is suited to regular private, organisational and professional use, including:

• markets and outdoor sales
• trade fairs and exhibitions
• sports events and club activities
• promotional events and product displays
• catering and hospitality areas
• company events and garden parties

Use the gazebo as an open canopy or add compatible sidewalls for a more enclosed setup. Selected models can be joined using compatible connectors and rain gutters to create a larger covered area.

Choosing between FleXtents® series

The right series depends on how often you will use the gazebo, how you plan to transport it and the demands of the setting.

FleXtents® Basic is a lightweight option for occasional use, particularly at private events.

FleXtents® PRO Steel has a robust steel frame for regular private, organisational and professional use.

FleXtents® PRO is designed for frequent professional use, especially when lower weight and easier handling are priorities.

FleXtents® Xtreme is intended for intensive professional use and demanding applications.

Set up, transport and storage

The folding frame makes PRO Steel quicker to prepare than a traditional marquee with several loose poles. Smaller models can usually be set up in a few minutes by at least two people familiar with the system. Larger models may need more people and space.

A suitable carry bag can make transport and storage easier; check whether one is included or sold separately. Let the roof and sidewalls dry fully before packing them away, and inspect the gazebo after use so you can address any damage before the next event.

Accessories and printed designs

Depending on the model, compatible accessories may include sidewalls, carry bags, weights, ground bars, flooring, lighting, connectors and rain gutters. Selected covers, valances and sidewalls can be printed with a logo or custom graphics for events and promotion.

Check that the accessories and printed components you choose are available for the exact size and frame series. FleXtents® parts are not automatically compatible across all ranges.

Anchor the gazebo and check the weather

Anchor every leg before use. On suitable soft ground, use ground stakes and storm straps. On concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces, use suitable weights or another appropriate anchoring method. The weight of the steel frame alone is not enough to secure the gazebo.

Sidewalls increase the area exposed to wind. Keep the roof properly stretched and remove standing water. FleXtents® gazebos are temporary shelters: do not use or leave one standing in strong winds, storms, heavy rain or other severe weather. Take it down if conditions worsen.
