Printed pop up gazebos

FleXtents® pop-up gazebos with digital print for events and branding

A printed FleXtents® pop-up gazebo gives your business, club or organisation a recognisable event space and practical shelter in one. Use it at exhibitions, markets, sporting events and promotional activities to help visitors find your stand and understand what you offer.

Choose a logo on the roof valance or a larger design across the roof cover and compatible sidewalls. The available print areas depend on the gazebo and print option you select. Selected PRO and Xtreme models are available with full digital print.

Create a design that works at your event

Start with the message you want visitors to remember. A clear logo and a few words can work well when brand recognition is the priority. Product images and more detailed information are useful when people can stop and look closely.

Consider how visitors will approach your stand. At a market, the front valance may be the first part they see. At an exhibition or sporting event, printed sidewalls can help people recognise your organisation from different directions. Use clear contrast and keep the message focused so it is easy to read in a busy setting.

You can add FleXtents® gazebo banners to display a special offer or campaign message. For more options, explore logo printing and branding products.

Choose the right size and FleXtents® series

Measure your pitch before choosing a gazebo. Allow enough room for tables, products and equipment, as well as space for staff and visitors to move comfortably.

Printed gazebos are available in selected FleXtents® PRO and Xtreme models, in a range of sizes and configurations. PRO is designed for frequent professional use where strength and manageable transport weight are important. Xtreme is made for more intensive use and demanding conditions. Compare the specifications of each product before choosing, especially if the gazebo will be transported and assembled regularly.

Check what is included in the selected package. Some printed gazebos include sidewalls, while others come with a printed roof cover only. Explore the printed pop-up gazebo range and the wider FleXtents® pop-up gazebo range to compare available models and configurations.

Prepare your artwork and check cover compatibility

Your printed cover is made from the artwork you provide. Before preparing your design, check the requirements for the print product you have selected, including file format, resolution and placement. If your design continues across the roof and sidewalls, make sure the different sections line up as intended. After receiving your artwork, Dancover prepares a layout for your review and approval.

A FleXtents® frame can be used with different compatible covers for different campaigns or events. Before ordering a replacement, check the exact gazebo series, frame type and size against the cover product details. Browse FleXtents® roof covers and confirm compatibility before ordering.

Transport, storage and safe use

Check the individual product details to see whether a transport bag is included. Before storing a printed cover, make sure it is clean and completely dry. Store it in a dry place and protect it from sharp objects.

Secure every gazebo leg whenever you set it up. On suitable grass or soft ground, use appropriate pegs and straps. On paving, asphalt or other hard surfaces, use suitable weight discs or ballast. Follow the instructions for your model and keep an eye on the weather throughout the event. A pop-up gazebo is a temporary shelter. Take it down when conditions become unsuitable.
