FleXtents® Xtreme pop-up gazebos for intensive professional use

FleXtents® Xtreme is the strongest FleXtents® series, built for professionals who repeatedly set up, take down and transport their event equipment. Create an inviting market stall, a recognisable exhibition stand or a sheltered team base with a gazebo designed for a busy event schedule.

The robust aluminium frame combines strength with convenient handling. Choose the size, colour, sidewalls and print solution around your working space, whether you need open access for customers or a more enclosed area for staff and equipment.

Why choose Xtreme?

Xtreme suits market traders, exhibitors, event and rental companies, sports clubs and businesses running promotional tours. It is particularly relevant when your gazebo forms part of your regular equipment and undergoes frequent assembly, handling and transport.

Both PRO and Xtreme are intended for frequent professional use. Choose Xtreme when you want the strongest frame construction in the FleXtents® range; compare individual frame specifications, dimensions and weight to decide which model suits your team.

For occasional events, Basic may be sufficient. If you prefer a robust steel frame for regular use, consider PRO STEEL. The aluminium frames of PRO and Xtreme offer lower frame weight than comparable steel constructions.

Quick setup and practical transport

The folding frame keeps the legs and roof bars connected, so you do not need to assemble them individually each time. Open the frame gradually, fit the roof cover according to the instructions, adjust the legs and anchor the gazebo before use.

Smaller models can usually be set up in a few minutes by at least two people familiar with the system. Larger models need more people and space for controlled handling. Follow the assembly instructions for your model.

The frame folds down for transport and storage. Check its folded dimensions against your vehicle space and whether a transport bag is included or available separately. A compatible wheeled bag can ease the journey from vehicle to stand.

Durable covers and a layout that works for you

FleXtents® Xtreme roof covers and sidewalls are made from 300 g/m² polyester with PVC backing. Available wall combinations and the parts included depend on the chosen configuration.

An open gazebo gives access from several sides and works well for sales, demonstrations and information points. Sidewalls provide more enclosure, privacy and branding space. Depending on the model, options may include closed walls, windows, entrances and half walls for sales counters.

Plan the layout around customer contact and staff movement. An open front welcomes visitors, while a back wall can frame a product display or screen stored equipment.

Choose the size around your working space

Allow room for more than the products or people under the roof. A market stand needs space for staff and customer access; catering requires equipment and movement behind the counter. A team base may need benches, bags and a clear entrance.

Measure your pitch and leave space to unfold and anchor the gazebo. Consider how much usable room remains once tables, displays and sidewalls are in place.

Compatible gazebos can stand side by side to create a larger covered area. Use suitable connecting accessories and anchor each gazebo separately. For one large, uninterrupted event space, a traditional marquee may be more appropriate.

Turn your gazebo into a recognisable stand

A printed Xtreme gazebo gives your business, club or organisation a visible identity. Print options range from a logo or message to a complete graphic design across selected roof covers and sidewalls.

Choose colours and graphics that help visitors recognise you and understand what your stand offers. If you need different branding for different campaigns, ask about compatible replacement covers.

Order covers, sidewalls, transport bags and connecting accessories for the exact size and frame series. Components are not automatically interchangeable across the FleXtents® range.

Anchor every leg and monitor the weather

Anchor every leg, even in calm conditions. Use appropriate pegs and storm straps on suitable soft ground. On paving, asphalt or concrete, use weights or another solution suited to the gazebo and surface.

Sidewalls increase the surface exposed to wind. Neither the frame’s strength nor its weight replaces correct anchoring.

Check the forecast and monitor conditions during use. Take the gazebo down before strong winds, heavy rain or other severe weather arrives. Xtreme is a temporary shelter, and anchoring does not make it safe in all conditions.

Let covers and sidewalls dry completely before packing, and inspect the frame and fittings before the next event. Dancover’s experts can help you choose an Xtreme gazebo, print and compatible accessories for the way you work.
